Hi, I am Vanessa D’Souza and I am one the Area Lettings Managers at Oakwood. I first began my career in lettings in 2014. Starting as a negotiator, I was keen to learn and grow in estate agency as I have a real interest in property and helping people. I began working my way up to manager and completing my courses with ARLA, the professional governing body for lettings.

I joined Oakwood Estates in 2024 as I enjoy working for family run businesses that care about its customers and employees. My role within Oakwood’s includes; ensuring consistent high-level service by working closely with existing landlords and investors to build and maintain longstanding relationships, focusing on increasing revenues, portfolio growth and key performance indicators within my team.

 Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and painting.
