After each viewing takes place you will receive both written and verbal feedback. Each week we will send you a full report covering all the viewings and feedback which we have obtained during that week.
Unlike the traditional 3 day referencing process we prefer to carry out comprehensive references; whilst these may take a couple of days longer to complete they ensure that you don’t end up with a problem tenant.

So there’s no chance of any confusion or miscommunication we meticulously text and email both the applicants’ and landlords’ full viewing details.

We provide text and email confirmation to the landlord that your payment is being made. Our accounts team pay landlords’ rent each and every business day.
24 HOURS A DAY
Within each managed property the tenant is provided with an emergency phone number which they can call at any time to register an emergency. Our emergency contractor is ready and waiting to act 365 days a year.
