Christopher Perryman

My name is Christopher Perryman and I am the Sales Manager for the Iver office. I launched my residential sales career in 2012 and worked within the local area during this time. I have obtained a wealth of experience and knowledge in dealing with all aspects of the Sales market during this time.

Property has always been a great passion of mine as well as providing great customer service to my vendors and applicants alike. The main reason I love my job is I enjoy the fast paced nature of the role and the fact that no day is ever the same.

I am highly motivated and knowledgeable and have sold hundreds of properties within South Buckinghamshire. Having vast experience of selling property in all sectors of the market which has given me a proven track record of achieving results.

Being born and raised in the local area I have an in-depth knowledge of the locations which I cover. My strengths lie in being highly organised and my dedication to customer care. As an Area Sales Manager my primary aim is to maintain the upmost standards and lead by example as I am only as strong as the team I have working around me. Having a robust team provides me with an abundance of confidence that the we will deliver on the assurances I offer to my vendors and applicants. This strong core allows us to provide a consistently high level of service which is unrivalled in the area.

When I am not working you may see me DJing at a music festival or The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. I also enjoy cycling, traveling and spend time with my family and great friends.
